CallMyBusiness.ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time subscriptions.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of their first paid subscription start date.
2. Eligibility
Refunds apply to first-time subscription payments only, unless otherwise approved by CallMyBusiness.ai. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
3. Non-refundable items
Usage-based charges, phone number costs, carrier fees, SMS fees, third-party provider fees, setup/custom work, and enterprise/custom contracts may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved in writing.
4. How to request a refund
Customers can request a refund by contacting support@callmybusiness.ai or by using the Contact page.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary.
6. Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund. Customers must request a refund if they believe they are eligible.
7. Abuse / fair use
CallMyBusiness.ai may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive usage, or violation of the Terms.
8. Changes to this policy
