SMS & Calling Policy
This policy explains the rules for using SMS Campaigns, SMS replies, and future Call Campaign features on CallMyBusiness.ai. It is designed to protect your business, your customers, and the platform.

Contact consent and upload responsibility
Users may only upload contacts who have clearly opted in to receive SMS messages, calls, or automated communications from their business.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of uploaded contact consent records, including consent notes, opt-in dates, phone numbers, and contact identity information.
When users upload campaign contacts, they may be required to confirm that the contacts opted in and that they accept responsibility under the Terms and this SMS & Calling Policy.
Prohibited contact sources
Users may not upload purchased lists, scraped contacts, harvested phone numbers, third-party lists without valid consent, contacts who opted out, or contacts where consent is unclear or missing.
Messages and calls must clearly identify the user’s business and must not be misleading, deceptive, or confusing to recipients.
Opt-outs and suppression
Users must honor opt-out requests. CallMyBusiness.ai may block, suppress, or prevent messages or calls to contacts who opt out, reply STOP, complain, or otherwise indicate they do not want to be contacted.
Users may not attempt to bypass suppression, opt-out controls, carrier rules, consent checks, or platform safety limits.
Campaign limits and safety controls
SMS Campaigns and future Call Campaigns may be limited by daily caps, account limits, safety review, billing status, consent checks, delivery history, opt-out activity, and abuse-prevention controls.
CallMyBusiness.ai may limit, suspend, disable, or block SMS or calling features if abuse, missing consent, high complaint risk, excessive failed delivery, opt-out issues, or policy violations are detected.
Delivery and billing notice
CallMyBusiness.ai does not guarantee SMS or call delivery because carriers, providers, customer devices, blocked numbers, consent status, opt-outs, compliance filters, and provider availability may affect delivery.
Campaign SMS messages and calls may be billable. Users are responsible for usage generated through their account, subject to plan limits, daily limits, pricing, and applicable provider or platform charges.
Legal compliance
Users are responsible for complying with applicable messaging, calling, privacy, telemarketing, consumer-protection, carrier, and industry rules and regulations, including consent, disclosure, opt-out, and recordkeeping requirements.
If you are unsure whether a contact may legally receive a message or call, do not upload or contact that person through the platform.
